Luke Jacobs is an award winning cinematographer and director.
His DoP work includes Rudimental's smash hit music video 'Not Giving In' which picked up 5 awards this year including two awards from Cannes (YDA) and an MVA. His Manic Street Preachers video (Show Me The Wonder) also won a Q Award for Best Video.
Other cinematography work includes shooting Chase and Status's video 'Alive' - shot in Montana, Rudimental's 'Right Here' video shot in Thailand, a Starbucks commercial shot in Guatemala, as well as adverts for Lucozade with the England rugby team, Maîtres du Temps watch commercials in Switzerland, Nike (Girl Effect) ads in Africa and a Creative Review award winning music video 'In Pieces' also shot in Africa and shortlisted for the UK Music Video awards under Best Cinematography and Best Dance film.
Over the last 10 years Luke has shot documentaries, as well as drama, numerous short films for the UK Film Council and won awards as both a director and cinematographer as well as picking up broadcast credits for BBC, Channel 4 and SKY. Luke’s work is growing from strength to strength and he is attached to several feature films due to go into production in 2014.
